Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user research, interaction design, visual design principles, and usability best practices. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and other designers to create innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final implementation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics to improve user experiences.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and usability principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and component-based design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
• Experience designing SaaS, eCommerce, or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring team members.
